Yoojin is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Immunology at the University of Toronto and a Course Instructor at the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto. Prior to her graduate studies, she received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at McGill University. Yoojin’s current research is in the field of infectious diseases with a focus on HIV, HPV and mucosal immunology. She is currently funded by CIHR’s Canada Graduate Scholarship – Doctoral program and was previously supported by the Ontario Graduate Scholarship/Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology program.
