Lynn Zhu

Research Associate Postdoctoral researcher, Rotman Research Institute, Baycrest Health Sciences

Dr. Lynn Zhu is an epidemiologist and postdoctoral researcher at the Rotman Research Institute of Baycrest Health Sciences, where she specializes in gerontology, program and service evaluation, and digital technologies to improve cognitive health.

Prior to this, Dr. Zhu was a postdoctoral researcher at Women’s College Hospital, where she conducted health services research in a geriatric and dementia context. She holds a PhD in Population Epidemiology (Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Western University) and a MSc in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (Health and Aging stream, Western University). She also has over 10 years of work experience evaluating innovative services and programs for regional and international organizations, including the Canadian Red Cross.

Additionally, Dr. Zhu is a reviewer for the scientific journal Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and a co-organizer of a mental health outreach event for the East Asian Women Empowerment initiative – a grassroots group focused on mentoring and mobilizing diverse young women of East Asian descent in Canada.
